I have been buying, selling, and investing in real estate for over 10 years. As an active real estate investor, I have extensive experience and knowledge and just in the last 3 years, I have sold over 200 homes despite the local media buzz. One thing is for sure, I know how important the home buying and selling experience must be and what it takes to make a real estate transaction as efficient and stress free as possible.  My promise to you is to do what I say I will do every time, sometimes more but never less.

ROY BROWN ends 2008 as one of the TOP producers for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and starts 2009 with record numbers again!

Despite the national media, 2008 treated Roy particularly well. In fact, Roy helped over 75 families buy or sell their home in 2008 and although the media is abuzz with signs of market slowing in 2009, Roy is seeing just the opposite.

"The market is still going strong and there will always be a demand for properties. No matter what is going on in the rest of the country, Memphis and the surrounding communities will always be a place for great real estate values," Roy said.

With years of experience, Roy offers unparalleled market knowledge and a proven track record. He received the Agent of the Year award in 2007 and again in 2008.

In 2009 he joined Prudential Collins-Maury, Inc to further grow his business and to provide additional services that previously were not available to his customers in the past.

Though Roy serves the roles of family man, business man and friend, his family has ways taken center-stage in his life. He is married to his wife Rebecca and they have three boys: Taylor, Huston and Preston. Together they enjoy family time, weekends at the lake and vacations traveling to sites all around the world.
